RETURNS & REFUNDS

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
For online orders, you may tell us within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. You do not need to give a reason. Some legally recognised exceptions may apply, including certain personalised or genuinely custom-made items. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email info@sarahregensburger.co.uk before sending an item back. We will confirm the next steps and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may take longer to process.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may handle or try on an item as you would in a shop. Please return it in good condition, with tags and original packaging where possible. Where the law permits, we may reduce a refund if handling has gone beyond what is necessary to inspect the item and has reduced its value.

RETURN POSTAGE

UK returns are free, except for the Secret Studio Box. International return postage is £15 for a change-of-mind return, except for the Secret Studio Box.

For Secret Studio Box change-of-mind returns, customers pay the direct return postage cost, including within the UK. Please return the box contents together.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return postage.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault or receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. You will not be charged return postage for a faulty or incorrect item.

REFUNDS
If your return is accepted, we will issue any refund due to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first. Where required, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional charge for an express or other premium delivery option is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
