A Symbol of Belonging

A small symbol can carry a much larger story.

Panj is the Persian word for five. For Sarah, it carries a connection to her grandmother, her Persian heritage and the memories that travel with us.

A personal mark

The PANJ symbol brings that connection into clothing. On the heritage tee, the Persian five sits on the front; 1962, the year Sarah’s mother was born, appears on the back. A family story becomes something we can wear.

Room for our own stories

PANJ begins with Sarah’s story, but its community can hold many more. Different roots, different experiences and different ways of moving through the world.

Our intention is to create space for expression, connection and belonging. to learn from one another and carry those connections forward.

You do not need to share the same history to find a connection. The stories we bring are part of what makes a community.
