Delivery & payment.

Preorder delivery

Expected delivery: February–March 2027. This is an estimated delivery window, rather than an immediate dispatch promise. We will contact affected customers if it changes.

Payment schedule

Pay 25% at checkout. The remaining 75% will be charged on 28 February 2027. Your payment schedule is shown at checkout before you place your order. Adding a product to your bag does not take payment.

Shipping charges

Standard UK delivery is free. UK express delivery is £15 where available. International delivery is £15 and free for orders of £250 or more. Express shipping applies after your preorder is ready for dispatch; it does not shorten production time. All orders ship from London, United Kingdom. Destination availability and final charges are shown before payment.

International orders

Import duties, local taxes and customs handling charges may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient. Contact your local customs authority for information relevant to your destination.
