These terms apply to PANJ by Sarah Regensburger. The brand is part of the same Sarah Regensburger business and Shopify store.

Ordering & prices

Review the product, size, quantity, payment schedule and delivery charges before placing an order. PANJ retail prices are shown in GBP. The final checkout shows any applicable taxes, shipping charges and amount due. Adding a piece to your bag does not itself place an order or take payment.

Preorders

25% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 75% charged on 28 February 2027. The balance collection instructions and payment schedule will be provided with your order. The expected delivery window is February–March 2027. We will contact affected customers if the estimated delivery window changes.

The pieces

Real-leaf printing produces individual botanical patterns. Placement and colour can vary between garments, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. Product descriptions identify the item included; separately styled pieces and accessories are not included unless stated.

Your rights

Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. See our returns page for cancellation instructions and refund information.
