Returns & cancellations.

Requesting a return

For standard goods purchased online, tell us within 14 days after receiving your item if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. You may also contact us to cancel before delivery. Email panj@sarahregensburger.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and a shipping label. You may use the cancellation form below, but using it is not required.

Return postage

UK return postage is free. Our international return-label service costs £15. This is a return-postage cost, not a restocking or cancellation fee. We do not charge customers to resolve faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please keep tags and original packaging where possible. We may make a deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation of standard online goods, we refund payments received for the cancelled items, including the standard outward delivery cost where required. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made within the applicable statutory timeframe, normally using the original payment method. For a cancelled preorder, this includes any refundable deposit and balance already paid.

Sale items & personalised items

Sale items have the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items. A standard-size preorder is not automatically excluded from cancellation because it is produced after ordering. The statutory change-of-mind exception for genuinely personalised or custom-made goods applies only where relevant and explained before purchase. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from its description. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
